Alba Explorer is back in the water

After spending four months on the hard, Alba Explorer is back where she belongs! This weekend, our 2019 Young Leaders will put the final touches to the boat before she heads out for this season’s adventures. A huge thank you and well done to the staff and volunteers who have worked hard through the winter.

Alba Explorer Refit Update

Braving the wind, snow and sleet at the weekend, the team at Fairlie have successfully put the mast back in Alba Explorer and she is ready to take to the water for the 2019 season. Thanks to 3b Crane Hire and Fairlie Quay for their help.

Disadvantaged young people supported thanks to Scottish Children’s Lottery

Our Patrons Curly and Barbara popped down to Fairlie for a visit last week and met the team at Alba Explorer – and they agreed that she is looking absolutely fantastic! We can’t wait to welcome our first young people on board in just a few short weeks.
