Dear , We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of Ocean Youth Trust Scotland, and for sticking with us through these unprecedented times. Annual Membership is now due for renewal. This has always been a critical part of our funding, but never more so than now. The end of our season is looming and many months of refit expenses with very little income. The continued support of our members is vital for us to maintain our vessels and a strong membership. With your help we can emerge in 2022 ready to return to what we do best! If you pay by standing order, this will have left your account on or around 1st November and so you don’t need to do anything. Otherwise, see below for the different categories of membership. The rates remain the same as last year:
BACS / Standing Order: You can pay via BACs or set up a standing order. Please see our bank details below: Bank of Scotland Account Name: Ocean Youth Trust Scotland Account Number: 00517498 Sort Code: 80-07-74 Other ways to pay: Credit / Debit Card: Use the above links or visit the payments section of our website and choose the right membership for you. Cheque: You can also send a cheque, made payable to Ocean Youth Trust Scotland Ltd, to the following address: Ocean Youth Trust Scotland Victoria House 5 East Blackhall Street Greenock PA15 1HD
You can view our membership benefits letter here.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at membership@oytscotland.org.uk if you have any questions.
Thank you again for your continued patience and support. We look forward to seeing you all at our annual training seminar, which will take place on the weekend of 25th to 27th February 2022. We will send out further information regarding the event over the coming weeks.
Christmas Lists With our recent office move, we are missing a few odds and ends including stationery and office supplies. Whilst our fundraising team works hard to cover the costs of youth voyages, we do struggle to raise funds towards core costs such as these. Meanwhile, we're in the process of our annual refit and maintenance period for the boats. Generous donations help us cover the costs of our extensive refit, but making a donation does not always need to be in money. That's why this year, we've compiled our own letter to Santa, in the form of an Amazon Charity WishList, via which you can buy a gift for OYT Scotland. It’s very simple and completely up to you how much you spend - whether it be a roll of duct tape, a pack of pens or a litre of sanitiser. There are two lists to choose from, Office or Refit, and anything you can tick off our Santa list will be gratefully received. Thank you so much for anything you can give.
Best wishes and fair winds, The OYT Scotland Team
