The 2015 Young Leader Development Programme (YLDP) funded by the Big Lottery Young Start Fund is underway! Our Young Leaders have set off on their two week Challenge Voyage on Alba Venturer to Shetland. The 12 young people joined the boat on Monday in Oban. They spent the first night in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, then continued their course north and sailed through the night to Kinlochbervie, south of Durness, where they were stormbound for a day. The crew are currently sailing past the west coast of Orkney and are getting closer to Shetland. Good luck for the rest of the voyage!
