Accommodation: Book directly with the hotel, quoting reference OYT Scotland. You may not be able to book any rooms until after 28th January.

COVID-19 Declaration

By attending the seminar, I declare:

  • I will have taken two negative later flow tests (one 3-4 days before the seminar, and one on the morning of the seminar).
  • I will have not had any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 in the 7 days before the seminar (temperature above 37.8 C, persistent cough, loss of taste and/or smell).
  • No-one in my household will have had any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 in the 7 days before the seminar.
  • I will not have knowingly had any contact, in 14 days before the seminar, with anyone who is confirmed Covid-19 positive.
  • I will not have been told by a medical professional that I should be shielding.
  • I will not have been advised by NHS Test and protect to stay at home or isolate.
  • I will not be required to self-isolate for travel-related reasons.
  • I agree to take a further lateral flow test 2 days post seminar and to report any positive results directly to OYT Scotland.
