Ocean Youth Trust Scotland is sorry to announce the death of George Rich on Friday 3rd May.
George was, in his day, a keen volunteer with Ocean Youth Club (now Ocean Youth Trust Scotland) and subsequently became its first Office Manager, a role he held for several years.
He was also a well known RYA instructor on his yacht ‘Fiona’ and a past commodore of Largs Sailing Club.
Our thoughts are with his family, particularly his daughter Lucie Aitkenhead who is a current member of our development staff.
