For over 20 years, our aims have remained the same

To align with this belief, our programmes are designed to be as relevant and fruitful as possible, while also maintaining three core aims:
Young people are confident, resilient and optimistic for the future

Young people participate in activities which improve their learning and employment options
89%
of young people leave with at least one qualifications
86%
of young people report improved confidence after their voyage
80%
of young people report an improved sense of belonging post-voyage
