Well, they’ve made it!
Yesterday, after much deliberation due to the stormy weather, the crew of the May 2014 St. Kilda Challenge made it ashore to St. Kilda. After being transferred from Alba Endeavour, in very bumpy conditions, the crew were able to explore the island and see all the wildlife that it had to offer.
After a few hours ashore the crew decided it was time to depart and they chose to head back to Barra and through the sound of Lewis to being their journey home.
