The 2015 Young Leader Development Programme (YLDP) funded by the Big Lottery Young Start Fund is underway! Our Young Leaders have set off on their two week Challenge Voyage on Alba Venturer to Shetland. The 12 young people joined the boat on Monday in Oban.  They spent the first night in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, then continued their course north and sailed through the night to Kinlochbervie, south of Durness,

We are pleased to announce that all 14 OYT Staff and Friends and of the Trust have completed the brutal 8.4k run through mud, up and down the Pentlands Hills, over obstacles, through water and over fire. Much to the team’s surprise (who were already slightly worried about conquering a 5k obstacle run), they found out on the day that the change of venue by the organisers meant an extra 3+k…
